I would like to recommend this product for ease of use and excellent finish. The photo is the wife's cub tank which has several coats on top of etching primer then polished with G10. Lovely.

Nice job did it need a lacquer coat to protect it from fuel spillage

Looks like a good finish.

How does it stand up to the ethanol in petrol? The 2 pack on mine has suffered inside the tank cap hole.

I've used the brush on tekaloid previously on this tank and it lasted 25 years. Didn't lacquer it then or now. However for those that want they do a clear lacquer too.

That's par for the course now Les, all my tanks have done the same in the filler neck. To stop it creeping I have treated the neck on some of mine with Tapox as and when I've lined other tanks, it's been the only paint so far that has resisted the fumes from the ethanol.

P.O.R 15 paint resists everything and is super tough as well you can get it from Frosts. Get the black top coat as the rust protection paint needs a top coat to protect it from UV
