HI Mick

I'm using one of Colin Farrington's (Catmando) looms which is true to the colours on the diagrams. Sometime previously I had laced it all together (successfully) in a great rush using what I had to hand - which was all red. OK when you do it but not good for adapting!

I'm a long way from doing anything cosmetic or electrical at the moment.

The Rover and Yamaha have taken up quite a bit of time lately. I may be buying another Rover too.

Oh dear.

Hi Johnny

I expect 'Catmando' will have used 28/0.30mm x 2mm sq, in which case it will have an OD of around 3.3mm and is good for 17.5 A.

The point I was trying to convey was that the resistance of the conductor will not be an issue on a bike loom when moving from 6 to 12 volts, any experienced will be down to poor connection(s), which may, of course, be internal to components.

Wish I had the space for two Rovers - not that I'd fill it with two Rovers though :) ;)

Regards Mick

I don't have the space, one will be parked on street, if I buy it.

Colin is a Club member and trades as Catmando.
