Does anyone know of a commercial equivalent replacement for the original brake light switch? There must be something very similar in use elsewhere. I have looked at dozens of bikes over the last few years but never seen anything like the one
fitted on the G80.
When I got my machine, there were other more pressing issues to sort out but eventually, I decided to seek one.
I heard from Roy Candler about Alun Rees having had some made and thought to contact him, but the next news I got was that he'd died!

Re: G80 rear brake light switch
Thanks Rob, but that won't apply to the Harris machine.
I have rigged up a neat functioning brake light switch incorporating a micro switch, but it would be nicer to have the original set up if I could find a different manufacturer that fitted the same switch.
I repeat the original request for information , if anyone knows.

Eventually, i did the obvious thing and looked on the L F Harris website, and lo and behold, there the switch is listed. Now have one and the bike is back to standard trim.
