Am I right in thinking that the Lightweight 350cc flywheels were always the iron type, never the steel CSR type with the circular cutouts?
I probably knew the answer several years ago but have forgotten...

All my 350 LW flywheels are steel with the circular holes, I think all the cast type were early 250 ones.

I know... It's embarrassing because I supplied a 350cc pair to someone thinking they were CSR. There's just so much to remember and Lightweights are especially taxing to my feeble brain. Wouldn't be quite so bad if the LW spares lists were more like the Heavyweight ones.

This snip from the 'Changes' pages only seems to suggest what you already know - that the steel flywheels were introduced in 1962 for the CSR's.
