Saddle restoration?

Post by Dsrdave »

Any recommendations for someone to recover/restore the saddle on my ‘25 E1. I believe it to be a brook’s saddle. I contacted them but they don’t work on anything that old …
Thx, dave

This firm has a first class reputation but they may only refurbish dual seats not saddles. Worth asking them though as if they don't do saddles they may be able to recommend someone.

Maybe our N. American rep John Diederich can suggest someone in the States. His contact details are inside the back page of the Jampot mag.

I’m familiar with them. I’ll send them an email. But, I think you’re right about what they do. Possibly they’ll have a recommendation
Thx

Leightons re covered my 1928 K4, that has a saddle rather than a dual seat did a really good job.

Thx, I sent an email to leightons and they said they don’t do saddles anymore…. Only seats. They did give me a recommendation, however that person has not responded yet. Still looking
