Duncan,
here is my gearbox.

That is a B52 (GB) box. The top retaining stud should be longer with an adjuster which has a extension stud from it bolted to one of the other holes in the rear engine plates.

The parts you need are the three along the bottom (two of the nuts one either side of the smaller part to fix the sadjustment.). There is also a bolt which goes into the back of 022504 which holds it to the engine plate. It will be listed but is not illustrated.

thank you for help. Understood the way the primary sprocket now is in place, look the picture below.

Placing the chaincase back half, I found that the sprocket is not passing the hole in the chaincase.
There is any trick to do it without removing the sprocket again?

Unfortunately not, the chaincase back goes on first

the first picture is from the 1956 manual, and my 1956 model 30 has a cutout in the gear box case for the adjuster.

and the next 2 pictures show the system Clive is talking about

[attachment=2] I use this system on my 1958 G11CS, it is much easier to adjust the gear box with this system

Folks,
is the time to approach the clutch.
There any "exploded" view on the pieces in sequence, or a picture?

As you have a B52/GB gearbox you should have the Burman 5 spring clutch, these links to the archive should be informative:

Duncan,
thank you for the links, I need to study a lot.
First of all I will check if all the pieces are there...

I was looking how to fix the rear mudguard.
The bottom part have a couple of bracket but not sure that I have the right ones-
In the picture below, taken from Internet, the arrow point the bracket I am looking for.

Great to have the real measure of the bracket and bolt size.
