Put postimages.org in google. Then click 'choose images' , then click 'open', then when that opens click on 'thumnails for website'.

Please take a look in the "Computer" forum at:

Within that area there are a couple of entries describing how to load pictures.

Also click on the small question mark at the top right of the menu bar - it lists a number of frequent questions/answers.

Please excuse me for being so complicated. Inserting photos is now clear to me. I just want to add a picture in the avatar box.

Hello Robert,
You click your profile button (small white head and shoulders at top of screen)
Then "Profile"
Then "Edit Profile: (beside your user name)
Then "Edit Avatar"
Then below "Select your avatar" is an option to use one from the gallery, or upload your own
