Hi all, I have what I think is a clearhooters horn/dip switch on my 1955 Matchless G9, would this have been an original fitment? It looks like it has been with the bike a very long time and works perfectly...
Regards
Steve

Hi Steve
This would be an aftermarket fitment, for 1955 the dipswitch was held to the bars by two small screws on the LHS very close to the grip and the horn button screwed into the bars on the RHS.

miles better than the original stick with it as a previous owner upgrade.
