Can anyone tell me what kind of oil goes into the tube on the rear swing arm please ?

SAE 140 grade oil

Thank you very much , i am just about to order some !!!!
Now i just have to try and work out how to put another question on here about a problem with my gearbox . i am getting too old for computers lol I have been trying to remember how i put this question on and for the life of me i cant !!!
